Therapeutic and Arthritis Aquatic Exercise
The Fitness Center is offering a new class, Therapeutic Aquatic Exercise and Arthritis Water Workout with Balance and Walking, taught by Sue Recker, a certified Arthritis Water Aerobics Instructor. The class will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 – 11 AM. Call the Fitness Center at x8730 for dates and to register.
