Basic membership in the gym is free.
Group Fitness classes
led by Fitness Center staff are $25.00 per month.
Personal training is available in:
Fitness Center: $50 per month for 2  sessions per week – 20 minutes with a trainer and 20 minutes on cardio equipment each session.
Swimming pool or your apartment: $30 for 30 minute session; $60 for 1 hour session.
Massage or facial for a fee are also available. See adjacent brochure.

Group Fitness Class Schedule: Note that although most classes are held in the Fitness Center in Charlestown Square, there are also exercise classes held in the Flex Fitness Center in Cross Creek Station.

Fitness & Exercise Videos

Once in MyErickson, click on the FITNESS symbol. Here you will find fitness and exercise videos created by the Fitness Center staff that you can use in the comfort of your home.

Fitness Perks

~Residents may store their bikes inside Caton Ridge, across from the loading dock entrance on the bottom level.

~Charlestown residents can play tennis at the CCBC tennis courts. CCBC has also added a pickle ball court that is open for use. Contact the Charlestown Fitness Center for more information.
