The new salt-free seasoning is now available at the dining rooms at Charlestown. It is a great addition to provide flavor and be salt-free! Thank you to the residents who participated in the focus group last year that led to this seasoning.

It was developed to provide lower soium choices for residents seeking alternative ways to enhance and season their meals.

There is no salt added to the blend. The flavor profile comes from hints of citrus, herbs, and spices.

This spice does not contain any of the “Big 9” FDA allergens (milk, tree, nut, eggs, peanuts, fish, wheat, shellfish, soybeans, sesame seeds).
