Each building desk provides many services. The following are some of the many transactions and services available at the Front Desk of each building:

  • Guest Room Keys
  • Suggestion Box
  • Notification of absence of 24 hours or more from Charlestown
  • Copies & Faxes
  • Access to Residents’ Council Information Binders
Visitors are always welcome on our campus! To ensure the safety and security of our residents and staff, we require all visitors to register upon entering through the front gate. All visitors are required to sign in at the front desk upon their arrival. Accurate records of visitors are critical should an emergency situation develop.
