Front Desk Package Delivery Reminder

• The goal is that packages from delivery services or private companies (eg. Amazon, UPS, FedEx, Giant) are only to be delivered to apartments.
• When a package arrives through U.S. Postal Service [USPS] at front desk, a staff member fills out slip, places slip in your cubby, labels package and puts it away.
• Not all front desks have a locked area for packages.
• General Services is working with private carriers to ask them to stop delivering packages to front desks.
• General Services Team is also addressing delivery of packages to loading docks.
