Meeting Room Reservations
Rooms Available for Reservation through Community Resources
All public spaces must be reserved. Activity rooms and specialty rooms are available for use and include: computer labs; music/classroom, tv/card rooms; billiards/games; Creative Arts Studios; Catering venues.
Room schedules are posted outside meetings spaces (ONLY Recurring meetings).
Do not assume that a room is empty and available for your use. If you have not contacted Community Resources, then your room reservation is NOT confirmed.
Notify Community Resources for the following:
- If you change or cancel a meeting or event.
- Holiday and Summer/Winter Breaks.
- If your group changes leadership, disbands, or discontinues using its meeting space.
- Reservations do expire. Please confirm your reservations annually.
- Please do not enter a space until your scheduled time.
How to Reserve a Room
The fastest and most efficient way to reserve a room is to address an email to ALL four members or call a Community Resources Team member:
Mary Evans – mary.evans@erickson.com | x601-8558
Brittany Owens – brittany.owens@erickson.com | x601- 8570
Amber Parks – amber.parks@erickson.com | x601- 8172
Allison Chlada – allison.chlada@erickson.com | x601 – 8133
Your email should include information such as: group/club; potential number of participants; technology requirements; preferred time/location. A team member will get back to you to discuss what is available and to set up an available space that best meets your needs.
NOTE: Classroom/meeting spaces are limited and in high demand.
All spaces for any type of gathering should be reserved through Community Resources. Reserved rooms take priority over “drop ins”. Each of the meeting rooms and meeting spaces listed below have a schedule posted outside of the room, which is updated regularly. Although it may appear from a posted schedule that a room is available, it is always best to confirm and reserve through Community Resources to avoid last-minute scheduling conflicts.
