Use the Council Communication Form any time you want to get in touch with the Council. You can use it to report a problem, get in touch with a Council Committee, ask a question, or subscribe to Council reports. You can fill out the form below and Submit it, or you can download, print, and mail it, or you can request a printed copy of the blank form from any lobby desk. The completed form, whichever method you use, will be referred to the appropriate Resident Council committee(s), from which you will receive a written response.
