A handout describing the MyNutrition nutrition guide to help at Charlestown. It can help you make healthy choices to meet your nutritional goals and assist with any dietary needs eating at the restaurants at Charlestown. Use it for your food allergies, health conditions, religious restrictions, or simply for guidance with your food selections.

Treasure Sale Quarterly Event runs from Thursday, Oct. 22 – 24, 2026. Thursday morning until Noon is for residents and employees ONLY, but residents may bring their family from Noon – 2 PM that day. Friday and Saturday, the public is welcome during all hours of the sale.
