Wi-Fi Guides are in a single document.

The Charlestown wireless Internet service is available throughout Charlestown giving residents the freedom to use your devices anywhere campus-wide.

There are now four guides available on My Erickson and at the lobby desks to help residents add their devices to the Charlestown wireless network.  Each resident has a private, secure Wi-Fi network to connect Internet devices (for example, laptop, desktop, printer, etc.) A self-service portal is available to add devices to the wireless network as well as to change your wireless password.

To find the guides on My Erickson, go to Resident Resources, then MyErickson.  Click on CCI Connect toward the bottom of this section to find these guides in one document:

How to Connect Android Devices to Resident Network
How to Connect Windows 10 Devices to Resident Network
How to Connect Windows 11 Devices to Resident Network

For devices that do not support 802.1x authentication or headless devices such as digital assistants, printers, smart TVs, etc. you will need to register the device in the Self-Service Portal to be granted access to the Network.
