No trash pickup on Monday, September 1, 2025. Trash will be picked up in all buildings Tues. and Fri. this week and recycling on Weds. or Thurs., depending on residential building.
Free Electronic Recycling Event August 12
Electronic recycling event for residents and staff only on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. Held at Cross Creek loading dock between 1:30 – 3:30 PM.
July 4th Holiday Trash & Recycling Schedule
Week of June 30 – July 4, 2025 trash pickup will be on Monday and Thursday in all locations. Recycle pickups will be on Tuesday and Wednesday.
General Services Dumpster Day June 18
General Services is sponsoring a Dumpster Day in Cross Creek parking lot for residents on Wednesday June 18 from 8:30 – 10:30 AM. Residents should bring their large items to be disposed of. There is no charge unless a resident needs staff help to bring items from an apartment to the dumpster. If assistance is needed, contact General Services at 443-297-3783 between June 9- 16, 2025.
