Bres’che Jones from our Security Team has accepted the position of Assistant Security Manager at Charlestown. This is an exciting and well-deserved opportunity that recognizes Bre’s outstanding leadership, dedication, and service.
Bre’s journey with Charlestown began nearly 8 years ago when he joined the community in Dining where she was a 2019 Scholar in our Charlestown Scholars’ Program. She attended Coppin State and CCBC studying Nursing. From the start, she embodied a strong “One Team” spirit, demonstrated an unwavering work ethic, and showed a deep commitment to professional development. After 4 years, she transitioned into the Security department, where she quickly rose through the ranks, excelling in several leadership roles. For the past 2 years, Bre has served as Security Supervisor, where she has made a significant impact on both our team and residents.
Bre’s career is a shining example of the Another Grow Our Own success story within Erickson Senior Living—a place where passionate, talented individuals can build meaningful and lasting careers.
