2026 nominations for MSCHF are now being accepted. Friends, colleagues, former inductees, or community members can make nominations, but no self-nominations allowed. Please take the time to nominate your favorite volunteer for this distinguished honor.
Nomination forms are available at front desks or Community Resources in the Billiards room on the Terrace Level of Brookside or on MyErickson under the Volunteer icon. Return the completed form and all supporting documentation to the Community Resources Office by April 7, 2026, or email to MSCHFnominations@gmail.com. Honors for Inductees:
Complimentary luncheon ticket for induction ceremony, October 16, 2026, membership certificate, MSCHF lapel pin and commemorative Blue Book featuring their photo and volunteer summary.
Special Award:
Up to 3 honorees may receive the GERI Award for extraordinary volunteerism.
