We’re excited to introduce you to our new My E Preferred program. Residents who sign up for this new initiative will help reduce paper waste and receive community updates and information faster.
What’s My E Preferred?
- My E Preferred is a Go Green initiative that allows you to opt in and receive letters, flyers, and other handouts that are traditionally cubby stuffed via My EricksonMy Erickson is a resident portal. It is provided by Erickson Corporate and is managed by Charlestown staff, mainly Community Resources. See Portal. READ MORE messages instead.
- Quick and Easy: It’s a fast way to stay up-to-date with everything happening at Charlestown.
How Do I Join My E Preferred?
- Get a My EricksonMy Erickson is a resident portal. It is provided by Erickson Corporate and is managed by Charlestown staff, mainly Community Resources. See Portal. - Submit your My E Preferred Form: Once you have your access to My EricksonMy Erickson is a resident portal. It is provided by Erickson Corporate and is managed by Charlestown staff, mainly Community Resources. See Portal. READ MORE set up, submit the attached sign up form to Community Resources.
- Using your My EricksonMy Erickson is a resident portal. It is provided by Erickson Corporate and is managed by Charlestown staff, mainly Community Resources. See Portal. See Portal. READ MORE you can click on the “Messages” icon to access campus notification and events. You will even be able to safely link to videos featuring community updates.
- Show your Sticker: After we receive your completed form we will post an Erickson logo sticker on your cubby. This sticker identifies you as part of the My E Preferred program and prefer to get updates electronically whenever possible.
- No need to worry: While you will be helping reduce the use of paper, you will still receive some mail in your cubby. This program only affects community updates. Personal notes, cards, and letters from friends or staff, and some limited community messaging will still come to your cubby as usual.
Please note that the My E Preferred program is not required. We will always encourage residents to set up a My EricksonMy Erickson is a resident portal. It is provided by Erickson Corporate and is managed by Charlestown staff, mainly Community Resources. See Portal. READ MORE account to receive communication as quickly as possible. Residents who choose not to participate do not need to respond and will continue receiving all information via their cubby.
