It is with great pleasure that we announce the arrival of Mr. Scott Beyer as the new (and first) Assistant Director of General Services for Charlestown. Scott will support Re-Occupancy, Project Management, Maintenance, Engineering and Grounds.

Scott brings over 25 years of operational leadership experience in hotel and senior living communities to his new role. During his 18 year career with ARAMARK Corporation he led operations at conference centers for clients such as the Wharton Business School, Villanova University and Johns Hopkins University. He spent the last 4 years with Sodexo Senior Living where he served 3 years as the Director of Facilities at Carroll Lutheran Village. In his most recent role, Scott was a Regional Operations Support Manager traveling to senior communities to provide consulting and support to deliver operational accountability to the departments managed by Sodexo.

Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Baltimore and graduated from Dulaney High School and Central Vocational Technical School. Scott and his wife Margie reside in Fallston with their 3 children Luke, Grace, and Maeve.
