The Little Theatre Company has two full productions a year, one in the spring and one in the fall. A summer cabaret may be scheduled time permitting. We have open auditions for all shows and welcome all levels of experience from none to extensive. We also have a new group for folks who love to sing, the Little Theatre Singers, who do casual, seasonal performances.

Little Theatre Upcoming Events
The Little Theatre Company (LTC) extends a big thank you to the folks who came to our Summer Singalong program on August 9 in the Conference Center. The warmly received music was a nostalgic mix of songs from Tin Pan Alley days to Jimmy Buffet in a new setting for us. Feedback on the comfort of being seated at tables with beverage setups was very positive. Should we do it again? Or try something else like an open mic event? Let us know what you think.
Auditions for the fall show of two one-act comedies, “Doctor, Doctor” and “Misconceptions” were held in mid-August. Casting was announced after the deadline for this article, but if any parts are unfilled, we will begin our scouting process which, happily, has in the past brought us terrific new talent. Don’t be surprised
if, during an elevator ride, a friendly person from the LTC asks you “Have you ever considered being part of a play here in Charlestown?”
WE STILL NEED backstage crew, costume coordinators, make-up artists, set builders, and an assistant stage manager. Being part of a theatre company is fun and stimulating! If you would like to join us, please call Bill Jones.
