Fireside Artists of Charlestown

In 2010 a small group of Charlestown residents hung some paintings in the Fireside dining room. They became the Fireside Artists. Today, with more than 30 members, the Fireside Artists are residents who enjoy every artistic endeavor: drawing, painting, sculpting, and making jewelry. They currently install a new show in the Gallery in April and October.

Gallery News: October 2019
October is an exciting month for art lovers in Charlestown. On Saturday, October 12, 3 – 5 PM, there will be an opening celebration for the Fall Members’ Show. Resident John Oxenham is the Artist of the Month. The artists themselves will be present at the opening, ready to talk about their art, answer your questions and discuss their media and techniques. The group invites you to come to enjoy an afternoon of conversation, refreshments, and art. Read more about the exhibit on page 9 of The Sunburst, which can be found in MyErickson under NEWSLETTERS.
Everyone is welcome to the Fireside Artists monthly meetings. The next meeting is Tuesday, October 8, at 10 AM in the Charlestown Square Card Room.
