Charlestown residents and organizations may submit proposals for the 2026 capital budget, otherwise referred to as CapEx26. The following documents explain the process to be used for submitting, reviewing, and evaluating CapEx proposals for 2026. The document “Process for Submitting Capital Expense (CapEx) to Administration” explains the overall process and timeline.

Proposals should not be sent to administrative departments or to the Executive Director. To receive consideration, a proposal should be submitted to at least one of the committees of the Residents’ Council using the form found in “Process For Residents Submitting Proposals For CapEx 26.” The definition of a capital project also is included in this document to help residents and organizations determine if their project qualifies as a capital expense.

If you have any questions about the process or the following documents, please contact Arthur Johnson, Chair of the Finance Committee. For contact information, see the My Erickson Resident Directory.
