Laura Rye Hired as the Associate Executive Director for Charlestown

Laura Rye has accepted the position of Associate Executive Director for Charlestown and will be joining our team on April 13, 2026.

Laura will be transitioning from her AED role at Riderwood and also brings more than two decades of leadership experience to our community, with a strong background in operations and financial management, strategic planning and innovation.

Laura joined Erickson Senior Living in 2024 as AED at Riderwood Village and has helped oversee General Services, Resident Life, IT, as well as a number of communications, engagement and repositioning projects. During her time at RWV, Laura was successful at establishing collaborative relationships throughout the community – with staff, residents and family members. In addition to her work at Riderwood, she also served on several Erickson Living Home Office project teams such as Erickson Living’s AI Committee and Risk Management review team. Prior to joining Erickson, Laura worked with Johns Hopkins Hospital and School of Medicine. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies English & Education from Villa Julie College and a Master of Science in Innovation from Boston College.
