Good news! In 2026, AARP Tax Aide assistance will return to in-person appointments for Charlestown residents for the upcoming tax season.
Community Resources will host appointment sign-ups and they will take place on:
Tuesday, January 27, 2026
10 AM – Noon
Auditorium
Please plan to bring your calendars to this session and consider choosing a Tuesday or a Thursday to have your taxes prepared.
AARP volunteers will be a Charlestown beginning Tuesday, February 19, 2026 and will continue working every Tuesday and Thursday until Thursday, April 9, 2026. There will be consideration for snow days and additional dates will be added to the schedule if necessary.
