Residents can visit the sales tables on June 29 and June 30 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. outside the Shortline Café, and on July 1 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. outside Café on Main.
Three cart options will be available for purchase, and all prices include delivery and assembly. General Services will charge the cost of the cart directly to your resident account.
The first option is a Heavy-Duty 5.0 Cubic Foot Folding Shopping Cart for $110. This premium cart has a 480-pound capacity, 360-degree braked swivel wheels, a double basket design, and a removable waterproof liner with a lid. It is ideal for carrying groceries, laundry, and larger items around campus. The front basket measures 19.3 inches by 15 inches by 22.5 inches.
The second option is a Foldable Shopping Cart with a Waterproof Basket Liner for $70. This lightweight and collapsible cart features large 360-degree swivel wheels and is perfect for everyday grocery shopping, laundry, and utility needs. Its dimensions are 16¾ inches wide, 15¼ inches deep, and 23½ inches high.
The third option is the DMI Utility Cart for $55. This compact, foldable cart is designed for shopping, groceries, laundry, and navigating stairs. Although it weighs only 7.5 pounds, it can carry up to 90 pounds. Its overall dimensions are 15 inches by 17 inches by 36 inches.
Purchasing a personal cart can significantly improve daily convenience by reducing the need to carry heavy bags and making it easier to transport items safely and comfortably throughout campus.
We encourage all residents to stop by during the campaign dates to explore the available options and choose the cart that best fits their needs.
Please note: Upon selecting a cart, General Services will charge your resident account for the purchase amount, which includes both delivery and assembly.
