We are pleased to announce that we are streamlining Comcast services and strengthening our partnership with Xfinity. At this time, Comcast has completed switching out each resident owned box in Caton Woods for a permanent facility box, as we move from resident accounts to landlord accounts. This means when residents move, they will not need to bring their own cable box with them, there will always be one permanently installed in each apartment.

If a resident would like an upgrade in services or special tv packages, that is still possible. Residents or families can call the Comcast Bulk Center at 855-638-2855. Let them know there is a permanent facility box in the unit and that you are requesting an upgrade, whether it be for a movie package, sports package, or voice remote. A Comcast tech will deliver a second box, and they will receive a monthly bill for any additional add on services from Comcast.

If residents are having a fuzzy image or connection issues, it may be due to an older tv or faulty HDMI cable. You can call the Comcast bulk number to troubleshoot connection issues first, but may need to assist your loved one in providing an updated TV or cables. These items can be brought in directly or mailed to their address at Caton Woods (721 Maiden Choice Lane).

Making this change on the neighborhood will help minimize connection issues, prevent residents from getting any kinds of bills in error, and make the move-in and move-out process smoother in the long run. We appreciate your patience as we make this change. If you need further guidance, please reach out to Cara MIranda at 443-628-9096.
