Dear Charlestown Residents,
The General Services team needs your help ensuring that our community’s interior and exterior are free from trash and safe for everyone. We have noticed an increase in trash being left outside the entrances of the buildings
* Trash pick-up days are Monday and Thursday. Trash should only be put out on those specific days.
* Trash can be placed outside of your door no earlier than 8:00 m. the night before pick up.
* Trash can be placed outside your door no later than 7:00 m. on the day of pick-up.
* Trash should be wrapped in plastic bags and placed in the beige trash container provided by Housekeeping
* Trash (boxes, bags of trash, clothing, electronics, and furniture) from resident apartments should not be placed in exterior trashcans, stairways, hallways, laundry rooms, storage rooms, entrances, loading docks or common areas.
NOTE: There will be a $25 charge for all trash pickup on non-collection days or outside of time frame listed above.
