Old Business:

 IMPORTANT REMINDERS TO PET OWNERS:

> Pets are to be on a leash when not in your apartment. Also, when taking your pet outside for a walk, you should use the nearest outside door to your apartment.

> It’s almost time to renew your dog license. Baltimore County and Charlestown require a license for all dogs. Rabies shots must be up to date to obtain a license. Registration begins May 1, 2023, and expires on June 30, 2023. If you have questions, use the website: baltimorecountymd.gov/animallicense or call the county at 410-887-3630.

> If you need help filling out the paperwork, contact your building rep.

> For Scheduled Cat Veterinary visits here at Charlestown, Call Doctor Pam Nesbit @ the Catonsville Cat Clinic directly at: 410-869-0800.

> Clinics are Fridays 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM on: 5/19/2023, 7/14/2023, 9/8/2023 and 11/17/2023 in the Cross Creek Craft Room.

Paradise Animal Hospital has suspended their Dog Vet visits here.

New Business:

> The group has 222 Humans, 124 cats, 70 dogs, 3 birds, a rabbit, and a lizard. This brings Charlestown to over 200 reported pets! Please let Otto know when a resident gets a new pet or loses one.

> A resident has asked about conditions in the Front Dog Walk. I have spoken to Jason Spivey and he is considering some Astroturf for this area.There are long-term plans being considered for this entire area.

> From Elsie Kemp: One item I need to mention:  The article for the Pet Group IS in the APRIL Sunburst. Our date listing and the cat vet date is in the center calendar listing.

> The Charlestown Residents’ Council is looking for Candidates for the upcoming elections. Let me know if you are interested in serving.

> The Charlestown Residents’ Council and Communications Committee are trying to hear from as many residents as possible about how they receive information here at Charlestown. If you have not yet submitted the survey, please do so now:
