The recycling of plastic bags in the laundry rooms program is sponsored by the Residents’ Council Conservation Committee.
All materials must be clean, dry, and free of food residue.
Plastics Allowed in the Bins:
Plastic shopping bags from any store (remove receipts)
Food packaging (Ziploc type bags)
Bread bags
Cereal box liners that do not tear like paper
Produce bags
Dry cleaning bags (remove staples, receipts, hangers)
Newspaper bags
Product wrapping (i.e. paper towels/toilet tissue/water bottles packaging)
Bubble wrap
Large air pillows (popped)
