Pollination presents the second in a series on prison reform, discussing juvenile justice. Learn how juvenile offenders, as opposed to adults, are treated. Who are the “actors” in the system? What are their roles and responsibilities?

Charlestown resident, Dr. Alvin Cohn, has 60 years of experience in the field of Criminal Justice Administration. Serving on the faculties of American University and University of Maryland, he has taught courses primarily on criminal justice management and corrections, as well as served as a consultant to many Federal, state, local agencies and departments.
