Summer is on its way … despite the clouds and showers that have wreaked havoc with our weekends recently … and it’s time to head for the seaside, the lake, or your own favorite site for fun in the sun.
No matter how full our closets are, we all seem to find holes in our wardrobes when we break out our seasonal clothes . If you’ve unpacked items that are thin, faded, or just plain ratty from wear, if last year’s white shorts just aren’t white any more, or your tanks have tanked, the Ladies’ Boutique should be the first stop on your shopping list.
The shop’s new hallway rack is loaded with wonderful beach- or pool-side cover-ups, shorts and Capris, skorts and athletics tops, as well as some summer knit dresses. There is even a limited number of brand-new swimsuits (one a sun-worthy two-piece in gorgeous blue and white).
The supply of summer pants is still worth a visit, and if you’re in search of a floppy hat to protect your skin or a gorgeous purse to carry it in, there are a lot to choose from.
Thanks to our shoppers, the boutique has had an amazing month of sales, and the Pink Dot sale, which ended on June 4 was a smashing success.
The Ladies’ Boutique is located on the terrace level of Herbert’s Run, and is open on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. We’d love it if you’d help us support the environment and bring your own bag!
