Maybe you need additional support on a temporary or permanent basis to deal positively and responsibly with your moods.  If you or a loved one is struggling with increased cognitive, emotional, or physical needs, that can be evaluated or treated by your Resident Services Coordinator. Contact them, and they can discuss your personal situation and offer professional support during a difficult time.  Each building has an assigned Resident Service Coordinator.

Counseling services for anxiety, depression, stress management, coping, cognitive changes, grief and bereavement, caregiver stresses, crisis intervention, and more. Additionally, they can help in advance care planning which includes advance directives, living wills, financial power of attorney documents, and end-of-life decision-making.

Resident Services Coordinators at Charlestown are trained to assist with these adjustments. This commitment to coordinated care allows our resident services providers to best serve you, your loved one, and your family members during what can sometimes be complex transitions.
