Emergencies: Call Security Dispatch at 410-737-8806.
Non-emergencies: Call regular line at 443-297-3783 and leave a message. Any non-emergency calls that come in off-hours will be returned the next business day.

Amazon Delivery Tips
In the delivery notes please instruct all drivers to deliver packages through your main clubhouse. The side doors are locked. (Main Clubhouse Entrances are Cross Creek, Charlestown Square, Fountain Hill, Courtyard Crossing, St. Charles, Wilton Overlook, and Caton Woods.
Please schedule deliveries Monday – Friday (8 am – 5 pm). Weekend and evening deliveries are often misdelivered or abandoned.

Facilities Coordinators
Facilities Coordinators are assigned throughout the campus. The coordinator is responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall appearance of your building. Non-routine resident issues, building inspections, re-occupancy contractor interface, and new resident move-in visits are all part of this team’s daily responsibilities. All residents will have a move-in visit either prior to or shortly after moving into Charlestown. They will provide you with valuable campus information as well as their contact information.
