Customer Service Department

The General Services Department offers one phone number to meet your scheduling and information needs.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Then select the number from the chart below. If you are unsure of the appropriate department, stay on the line or dial 0.

After hours, weekends and holidays:

Emergencies: Call Security Dispatch at 410-737-8806.
Non-emergencies: Call regular line at 443-297-3783 and leave a message. Any non-emergency calls that come in off-hours will be returned the next business day.

Please refrain from contacting Security for routine maintenance issues.

Contact General Services to initiate a work order by email at: CCIWorkOrders@erickson.com for any of the listed requests. Email requests are checked during regular office hours, Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.
