The General Services Housekeeping Department is excited to announce that the complimentary exterior window washing project schedule has been finalized. Beginning on Monday, August 28, 2023, Lean Building Services (our window washing vendor) will be on campus to clean all exterior windows. This project is scheduled to take place for several weeks with an anticipated end date of October 5, 2023 pending any unforeseen circumstances.
You will receive an individual building/floor schedule 10-14 days before your windows are scheduled to be cleaned. Please be aware, Lean Building Services working hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM. In preparation for this project, please remove all items on or around your windowsills.
In addition, we will need to enter your apartment home in order to access and clean the exterior windows. If you are unable to be home or do not want your windows cleaned please contact the General Services Department at 443-297-3783.
As a reminder, the focus of this project will be on your exterior windows only. If you would like to schedule an appointment to have your interior windows cleaned, please contact the General Services Department at 443-297-3783. Interior window cleaning is a regular Housekeeping service and can be completed throughout the year by our Charlestown Housekeeping staff. The cost of interior window cleaning is $15.00 per window.
Caton Ridge windows will be cleaned once the building foundation project has been completed.
