Wow! Charlestown is having a very busy year
and the need for volunteers is growing.

Here are some BRAND NEW OPPORTUNITIES

Sacristans Wanted for OLOA Chapel: Several new people are needed, and since there are Catholic services 7-day-per-week need, there are multiple time slots options:
Mon./Wed./Fri. at 3:15 p.m.
Tues./Thurs. at 8:30 a.m.
Saturday at 3:15 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Sunday at 10:45 a.m.
If you are reliable, organized, a self-starter, mobile and agile, and would love assisting with the behind-the-scenes preparations for Mass in the Chapel, Anne Kredell is happy to train you. Contact her at (443) 545-6772.

Light Duty Assembly of Printed Materials: Our Charlestown Home Health/Support Department would love to get a volunteer, once each month, to help assemble informational brochures and materials used to give residents and families. Must be able to do this assignment in the Brookside office. Contact the Volunteer Program Office.

Computer-Savvy Helper for Resident Groups: Are you pretty comfortable around a computer? Can you do basic administrative tasks in Microsoft Office? Can you navigate the internet and send/receive e-mails? If you’d like to volunteer 2 to 3 times a month, Charlestown resident groups, “Sandtown Connection” and “Lighthouses of Prayer” are both in need of someone to help them with occasional computer-based administrative duties. Please contact Joy Gould at (410) 247-1637, or e-mail her at: ejgouldrn@yahoo.com
