We will review our first calendar year and look forward with plans for 2020. Our topic for discussion will be: ”Kidney Friendly Snacks” – with samples to share!
The remainder of the (one-and-one-half-hour) meeting will be “Social Time” – introductions by new members, updates by our regulars, and the stimulating questions, answers and discussion that typically result.
