Charlestown resident,, Dr. Alvin Cohn, has 60 years experience in the field of criminal justice administration. Serving on the faculties of American University and University of Maryland, he has taught courses primarily on criminal justice management and corrections as well as served as a consultant to many Federal, state, local agencies and departments.
