We are pleased to announce that Justin Wolf, Assistant Director of Continuing Care at Charlestown, has accepted the role of Director of Continuing Care at Oak Crest!!

Justin has been with Erickson for over 16 years and joined us at Charlestown this past March 2023. In the short time he’s been with Charlestown, Justin has had significant impact to the CC interdisciplinary team and Charlestown as a whole, and has helped to develop and put in place a lot of processes here at Charlestown. We are extremely proud of being a part of Justin’s growth and development and wish him continued success at Oak Crest! This is a very quick transition and today is Justin’s last day with us.

We are also pleased to announce that Lois Errera, Assistant Director of Continuing Care at Riderwood, has accepted the role of Assistant Director of Continuing Care at Charlestown!! Lois has thirty-one years of experience in Senior Care and has been with Erickson for 14 years. She started at Riderwood in 2009 as a Physical Therapist and then advanced to Assistant Rehab Manager in 2011 and Rehab Manager in 2016. After completing an Administrator-in-training program in 2022,she transitioned to Assistant Director of Continuing Care. Lois has worked on a number of projects since then, and was recently recognized as the creator of the onboarding navigator program and helped roll it out enterprise-wide. Charley Spake, our Assisted Living Manager for Caton Woods 3 and 4, gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on Wednesday, and is out on maternity leave.

Cara Miranda, our Health Care Counselor, will be covering for Charley while she is away. Cara’s background is in Social Services and she has been working in the Senior Living environment for the past ten years. Please reach out to Cara Miranda for any psychosocial or non-clinical issues for your loved ones on Caton Woods 3 and 4, while Charley is away.

Zachary Goldberg is the Assisted Living Manager for Caton Woods 1 and 2. He will be assisting Cara as needed, and will also handle performance review issues for staff on Caton Woods 3 and 4.
