New Wellness Manager for Caton Woods 3 and 4
Karlene James has joined our Charlestown community as the new Wellness Manager for Caton Woods 3 and 4. Karlene brings an impressive background to our team, with over twenty years of experience in the healthcare field. Her extensive career includes roles in hospital settings, assisted living, long-term care, and home health. Notably, she has dedicated over six years to management positions, focusing on senior care. Her passion for nursing and commitment to respecting and maintaining residents’ dignity are evident in her work. Karlene believes strongly in effective communication and positive interactions, which we are sure will be a great asset to our community.
