Visitor Information
For the continued well-being and safety of Wilton Overlook 4 Memory Care residents, the following measure is in place. The green ‘enter’ button in the vestibule, when pressed, will signal the frontline team members work phones, as well as the monitors in the charting rooms. They will then come to the entrance door in order to badge you in.
The Continuing Care Donation Committee always welcomes donation of items for activities in Continuing Care.

The Move-Out Process
Have you and your family “had the talk”… about handling your Charlestown affairs at the end of life?
To help your family:
Ensure they have a copy and/or know where to find your Will or Trust. If you are a Veteran make sure a copy of your DD214 is available.
Have your family familiar with your Residence and Care Agreement with Charlestown. This is the contract that defines your refund settlement, if any.
