Login to My Erickson

MyErickson (My Erickson) provides up-to-date announcements from the Administration, information on daily activities, a staff directory with the ability to email staff directly, a searchable resident directory with profile information, meal plan balance, menus, online dining reservations, and a host of other information. There is a special app for tablet users. Laptop or desktop computer users can add a bookmark in their Favorites list that takes them directly to the MyErickson login page. Your email address will be your username.

Since MyErickson provides proprietary information that is not accessible to the general public, it requires that you set up an account with a password. All residents can sign up for an account online. If you are not already signed up, click on the Register Now button.

My Erickson Activities Icon
You can add daily activities to your electronic calendar on your tablet, iPad, desktop, or smartphone by clicking on the designated activity and selecting add to calendar.
To add an activity, open the settings by clicking on the shaded profile icon (at the top right of your screen), select settings where you can:

  • Change your home page view
  • Change your content size
  • Toggle button to export activities to your calendar
  • Toggle button to include your information in the Resident Directory.

Having MyErickson Issues?

Community Resources is no longer able to support or to trouble support MyErickson issues. Instead, please call:

Erickson Resident Computer Services at  1-800-677-0211,

if you are having MyErickson issues that consist of but are not limited to:

> Blank screen or revolving arrows
> Profile information not correct
> Dining reservation system not working
> Unable to Log in or reset password
> Icon or bookmark on computer screen is missing

Charlestown Forms Available on MyErickson

Did you know that you can fill out some Charlestown forms online, saving yourself a trip to a lobby desk?

Login to MyErickson, click on the Forms icon, choose a form, fill in the required information, and click on SUBMIT. You will receive an immediate email confirmation that the form has been received, along with a copy of the completed form.

Many new forms have been added since this service was first introduced in 2019 with five forms.

My Erickson New Release 3.0

The New My Erickson App 3.0 update is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This new release will allow users to take advantage of the new features of My Erickson when they become available in the future.
In addition, this new release will allow those who have been having trouble logging into My Erickson with an Apple device, to be able to log in.

For the majority of people, your app should have an automatic update and you do not need to do anything. You may log in like normal.  If your device is still not working, delete the My Erickson app and re-install it from the app store.
