Would you like to recommend a capital expenditure [CapEx] project for Charlestown for 2027? The review and evaluation process for proposals is presented with a definition of a capital project, examples of appropriate expenditures and a copy of a project proposal form. A downloadable copy of the Charlestown Capital Expenditure Project Proposal Form for 2027 is available here. Project proposals must be submitted to the Residents’ Council by May 31, 2026 for consideration.
