It’s that time of season when many of us discover that the white items we bought last year and carried into our current summer are beginning to look tired … but shops in the outside world are only showing wool pants and turtle neck sweaters (because that seems to be the way clothing retail works).

But fear not!  The Ladies’ Boutique will re-open on Tuesday (August 5) to make  racks and stacks of great summer items at 50% off available to smart  Charlestown shoppers (and our friends from outside)!  What an opportunity to refresh your inventory of shorts, capris, tees, summer tops and pool cover-ups … and save lots of cash to begin building a fall wardrobe.

A terrific inventory of “new to you” pre-loved fall items are now being stocked for your shopping pleasure.  And while summer seemed long in coming, we are all beginning to tire of the heat and humidity and are ready to begin thinking about donning our autumn golds, oranges and browns in honor of a new season.

Give your closet a lift with something terrific (and frequently, brand new with the store labels still on it).  Buy it, wear it, donate it or some other item from your closet back to the boutique, and repeat for every season of the year.  It’s good for our closets, our pocketbooks … and our planet!

The Ladies’ Boutique is located on the terrace level of Herbert’s Run, and is open on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.   We’d love it if you’d help us support the environment by bringing your own bag!
