Check-out time is 11:00am, Check-out is strictly enforced. An additional surcharge will be enforced for the inconvenience of exceeding check out time.

Guest Room keys are to be picked up after 3pm daily and returned after 11am daily to the Fountain Hill Lobby Desk (Building 1). Key delivery will be available, on a limited basis, to those with special needs. If you arrive after 7pm please contact security dispatch at 410.737.8806 they will have your guest room key.

Failure to return the guest room key will result in an additional $15.00 charge.

No pets are allowed in our guest rooms. There will be an additional $100.00 cleaning fee added to your guest room charge if pet(s) are detected.

All rooms are non-smoking. There will be an additional $100.00 cleaning fee added to your guest room charge if smoke is detected.

All guest room charges will be billed to the visiting parties’ friend(s) or family members who reside at Charlestown. Credit cards are accepted as a form of payment in the General Services Office Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm by calling 443.297.3783.

Cancellations received with less than 24 hours’ notice of your stay will result in a cancellation fee of $30.00.

Please note that reserved guest rooms can be cancelled and/or changed at the discretion of management due to an emergency. These changes may come with short notice.

Walk-in reservations are not accepted, all reservations must be booked in advance. Guest Cots are available upon request.
