The Prayer Shawl Angels create about 125 prayer shawls a year. We pray when creating them, and each shawl is blessed by Father Leo Larrivee. They are wrapped individually and contain an informational card about them and the group. They are given to those in need, such as individuals with major illnesses, recovering from surgery or in pain, caregivers, and premature babies. The shawls are a source of comfort to the recipient and have been distributed all over the country and even into other Puerto Rico.
