Good Health is No Good Without Wellness by Dr. Stephen Schimpff
You can be perfectly healthy, but not at all well, if you’re not strong enough to handle routine life tasks.
Health is the absence of disease.
Wellness is the ability to do the things that give you pleasure and joy. To fully participate. To feel satisfied with life.
One of the principal ways you can preserve wellness is to maintain your muscle mass and strength.
This is the critical need of many residents at Charlestown.
Free technical support for residents will be provided at the upcoming Tech Bar on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, 10 AM – Noon, in the Chesapeake Restaurant.
