Olympic Mini-Triathalon, an event for resident and employee teams will take place Friday, August 12 from 11 AM – 2 PM in the Aquatic Center in Charlestown Square. Join a team or offer support for teams.
At each meeting, members of the Photography Interest Group select the photos to be honored by displaying them on this CCICharlestown website. Photographers whose works are presented this month are Sara Gilbert, Forest Dawes, John Oxenham, Joe Giacomini, Bill May, Gloria Davis, John Chasse, Dick Crebs, David Elder, and Frank Moran.
Second Hand Rose arrangements are on view in the display cases in front of the Cross Creek and Main Street [Maple Terrace] Creative Arts Studios.
Residents’ Council election for 7 new members is on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 in the dining rooms. Candidate information is available through various venues, print and online.
Rob Hunter helped Connie Andrews and Peg Buehlman coordinate this event for the residents at Wilton Overlook. The 2 groups worked together to make Pom Poms for the Residents. We met on July 1 and went over to help them finish each one and learn a couple cheers.
The Vikings are the subject of another lecture on Norway where Julie Helms learns that the Vikings were more than fierce plunderers, but hearty, daring, courageous, and ingenious. They also left us some beautiful reminders of their artistic talents.
