Teresa Reed, Fitness Specialist and Certified Zumba Instructor, is offering Zumba/Stability Ball Classes on Fridays from 11 – 11:45 AM in the Charlestown Fitness Center in Charlestown Square beginning Friday, October 21, 2022.
The Fitness Center staff is soliciting interest in a new course, Cardio Box, on Wednesdays, from 2 – 2:45 PM to take place in the CTS Fitness Center.
