Customer Service Department

Thanksgiving 2017 Holiday Hours: The General Services Call Center will close at 1 PM on Wednesday, November 22 and reopen at 8 AM on  on Friday, November 24.  If you have an emergency during this time period, please call Security Dispatch at 410-737-8838 x8806. Any non-emergency calls that come in during this time period will be returned, in the order in which they were received, when the office opens up again at 8 AM on Friday.

Note: After hours, on weekends or on holidays, only emergencies will be addressed by contacting Security at 410-737-8806.
