Effective December 1, 2025, Housekeeping will no longer accept same-day requests for access to your home if you will not be home at the time of your appointment. Our policy states that all requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
You may call the General Services Call Center at 443.297.3783 to request that the housekeeper assigned to clean your home always have access to your key in case you are not home.
This process will help eliminate several steps, allowing staff to obtain keys in a timely manner and arrive at appointments on time.
