Resident Life
The Resident Life Department supports quality of life for all residents. The Resident Handbook and the Community Resources Guide Book, both in MyErickson, detail programs and services that are available for residents. The CCI website provides up-to-date information about clubs, campus-wide events, trips, and other residential activities and opportunities.
The current 2026 Resident Handbook has been added. See below.
Current Resident Handbook
The handbook highlights programs, activities, and social opportunities throughout the community. These resources can help residents meet neighbors, pursue interests, and maintain an active lifestyle, all of which contribute to overall wellbeing.
It offers clear, accessible information about community guidelines, services, and amenities so residents can better understand what to expect, where to find support, and how to feel more confident in their daily life at Charlestown.
For families and staff, the handbook is a valuable reference that helps align everyone with Charlestown’s mission and policies. This shared understanding supports clear communication and collaboration, contributing to a harmonious living environment where residents feel supported and valued.
