CapEx2027 Requests Forwarded to the Administration

Here are the 10 capital expenditure projects recommended by the Finance Committee to the Administration. The Finance Committee was given the responsibility of managing the process for developing a set of capital expenditure recommendations from the residential community for fiscal year 2027. The Committee followed the process as described in the Residents’ Council’s Policies and Procedures.
