Let’s Celebrate National Senior Fitness Month!

Choose a course to walk each day!

Course A: Indoor Course – 1 mile
Course B: Outdoor Long Course – outer loop around campus – 2x = 3 miles
Course C: Outdoor Short Course – outer loop around campus – 1x=1.5 miles
Course D: Treadmill – Record your miles
Course E: Walk in pool. 35 laps equal 1 mile
Stepper: Use NuStep – 792 steps = 1/2 mile; 1584 steps = 1 mile

Deadline for reservation is May 1, 2026.

Winning neighborhood will be determined by the most miles walked and a prize will be award to the entire neighborhood team!

Walking miles should be reported to the Fitness Center at the end of each week.
