The Fitness Center staff is offering a new course, Cardio Box, on Wednesdays, from 2 – 2:45 PM  in the CTS Fitness Center.

This boxing/strength course can be useful in improving your heart, strength, memory, posture, core, and flexibility. Heavy bags, gloves, and shadow boxing will be incorporated in this 45 minute course.
