This website provides residents with the following information on the selected bills of interest:
Number for the Senate Bill and the House Bill
Summary of each selected bill, and
Update for each bill as the status of the bill changes (i.e., Unfavorable, Withdrawn, Sent to the opposite House, or Bill is passed).
Bills on this website concern prescription drug pricing, end-of-life options, minimum wages, retention of State retirees prescription plan, hospital patients bill of rights, single-payer health program, redistricting and apportionment, prohibition of expanded polystyrene food service products, criminal checks – State Board of Nursing, additional penalties for scamming of elderly, CCRCs to allow counsel at hearings, CCRCs with time limits for handicapped parking, and several additional topics.
